| Mark won the pole vault at the Baldwin Invite at 14'6" and
reached 14'7" at the North East Invite to set a meet record there as well. At the Lawrence / Mercer Relays Mark established a |
school standard in the pole vault (13'7"), 2 inches higher than Joe Beck in 1992. At the Hermitage Invite, Mark set the meet record for pole vault at 15'0".
Mark was a 1st Team All Region Selection as a Junior in the Pole Vault. At the 2008 D10 championships he was a Silver Medalist and qualified for the State Championship. |

Mark also was a fine running back in football having rushed for 612 yards on just 60
carries and scored 6 touchdowns.

| Emily was named the girls Most Outstanding Field
Athlete at the 24th annual McDowell Invitational at Gus Anderson Field in
Erie. She also took 1st place in the shot put (40'0") and 1st place in the discus (132'0"). At the 10th annual |
City of Hermitage Invitational, Emily set a meet record in
the discus (135'3") and also captured the shot put (38'0").
Emily had a 2nd place finish in the Discus at the State Championships last year. She also finished 2nd in both the Shot Put and Discus at the 2008 D10 Championships. Emily was named all region in 2008.
